Indications

Covonia Sore Throat 5mg/1mg Lozenges in Lemon Flavour are indicated for the treatment of sore throat, red throat, and pharyngeal disorders accompanied by irritation.

Suitable for

This medicine is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and older.

Age Restriction

To purchase this product, you must be at least 16 years old.

How to Use

Please carefully read the enclosed leaflet before use. Patient Information Leaflets are periodically updated by the manufacturer.

• For oral use.
• Dosage for adults: 6 to 10 lozenges per day.
• Dosage for children aged 12 years and older: 3 to 5 lozenges per day.

Allow the lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth.

Do not exceed the stated dose. This medicine should not be used for extended periods. Consult a doctor if your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 to 4 days.

Hazards and Cautions

• Do not administer to children under 12 years old.
• Keep all medicines out of sight and reach of children.

Storage

Store below 25°C. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Active Ingredients

• Chlorhexidine dihydrochloride
• Lidocaine hydrochloride

Ingredients

Each compressed lozenge contains 5mg of chlorhexidine dihydrochloride and 1mg of lidocaine hydrochloride. It also contains sorbitol (E420), magnesium stearate, aspartame (E951), acesulfame K (E950), and lemon flavor. For more information, please refer to the instruction leaflet.
