For Antiseptic Cleansing of Wounds

This product is designed for the antiseptic cleansing of acute wounds, including cuts, abrasions, open blisters, first-degree and minor second-degree burns. It can also be employed for chronic wounds and postoperative wound care, as directed by your physician.

Elastoplast’s Wound Spray offers a fast and painless solution for wound cleansing, helping protect against infections. It is a skin-friendly, non-stinging, and colorless spray.

How to Use

Elastoplast recommends the following routine for optimal wound healing:

1. Start with a cleansed wound, as it’s the first step to optimal wound healing. Use Elastoplast Wound Spray for fast and pain-free wound cleansing to safeguard against infection.
2. Cover your wound with an Elastoplast plaster or wound dressing to shield it from dirt and bacteria.
3. Promote faster healing and reduce the risk of scarring by applying Elastoplast Wound Healing Ointment regularly until the wound visibly heals.

Usage:

1. First, stop any bleeding.
2. Spray the product from a distance of approximately 10cm onto the entire wound area to remove dirt and visible particles.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.
4. Gently dry the wound and the surrounding skin.

Hazards and Cautions

Warnings:

• For large wounds displaying signs of infection, promptly consult a doctor.
• For serious burns, seek immediate medical attention.
• This product is for external use only.
• If redness, swelling, or pain intensifies, if the condition worsens, or if the wound healing process does not commence within several days, consult a doctor right away.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 2 years of age should consult a doctor before use.

Do Not Use:

• In combination with other topical preparations.
• In conjunction with anionic surfactants, soap, oils, gels, etc.
• If you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• In the ears or on the eyes.
• For a period longer than 30 days.
• Do not ingest.

Storage:

• Keep the instructions for as long as you use the product.
• Do not use if the product is damaged.
• The expiry date and lot number are printed on the bottom of the spray.
• Only use the product until the expiry date.
• Consume within 6 months after opening.
• Keep out of the reach of children.

Ingredients

This product contains 0.1% Decyl Glucoside Tenside and 0.04% Polihexanide (PHMB) in Ringer’s solution.
