Delivery Information 

We want your online experience at Tabi Health to be straightforward and hassle-free, so we have put together a simple delivery guide to take you through our delivery service. We have partnered with Royal Mail to offer you a consistent service for all goods despatched by us. 

 Orders containing medicines are subject to review and approval by the pharmacy team before being despatched.   Once an order has been processed, it can be tracked from despatch to delivery. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery 

£3.99 for Tracked 48hr service, delivered within 2-3 working days from despatch of order. 

Free delivery for orders over £35. 

Delivered Mon-Sat (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays). 

Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch. See the terms and conditions below

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr Delivery 

£4.99 for the Tracked 24hr service. 

Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch. Terms and conditions apply, see below. 

Mon-Thur orders placed before 1pm will be delivered 1-2 days from despatch (90% of orders delivered next day). 

Friday orders placed before 1pm will be delivered from Saturday. 

Weekend orders will be delivered from Tuesday.

The estimated delivery dates exclude bank holidays and other public holidays and are aligned to the delivery option you selected. Delivery timescales are indicative only, however, we will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you selected. 

We will aim to deliver orders in one package but there may be instances where orders may be delivered in more packages 

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses 

We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated despatch timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days or a full refund will be issued

Pharmacy Medicines Orders 

All P-Medicines require our Pharmacy team’s approval before we can deliver it to you.  You will be asked to complete a questionnaire when you add a Pharmacy (P) Medicines item to your basket.  

Our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment or cancel your request for medical reasons. 

Depending on the outcome of the assessment done by our pharmacy team, preparing your order may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process 

Pharmacy Medicines Delivery 

Pharmacy Medicines will need to be received by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn’t anyone of a suitable age who can accept your order, you can change your delivery date using the Royal Mail website or app.  Unfortunately, your order can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Royal Mail will try to deliver three times before they return it to us. 

Tracking the Status of your Order 

You will be asked to create an account when you check out, this will allow you to check the status of your order by logging in to your Tabi Health Account. 

 

Deliveries Outside the UK 

We are currently unable to deliver outside the UK.   

 

 

Products Availability 

All items sold through this website are subject to availability.  We always endeavour to have sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand.  There may be times when items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers.  If any of the items on your order are not available we may send a substitute of similar specification.
