We do however reserve the right to disclose this information in certain circumstances for health, safety and security purposes. Such as in an emergency situation, we may need to contact a healthcare professional, social services or the emergency services without your consent, even where you have declined any of our offers to contact your GP.  

 

Customer Registration 

You will be required to register to complete a purchase order. By registering to use this website you confirm that the information you provide during the registration process is accurate and complete. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. You agree to update your registration details promptly if they change. We only accept orders from and dispatch orders to addresses in the United Kingdom.   

 

Placing an order 

It is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before submitting it to us. 

 

Pharmacy Medicines delivery 

Pharmacy Medicines will need to be received by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn’t anyone of a suitable age who can accept for your order, you can change your delivery date using the Royal Mail website or app.  Unfortunately, your order can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Royal Mail will try to deliver three times before they return it to us. 

 

Products Availability 

We always endeavour to have sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand.  There may be times when items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers. All items sold through this website are subject to availability. If any of the items on your order are not available we may send a substitute of similar specification. 

Product Review

By placing an order on our website, you are giving consent to receive invitations to review their orders placed. This will help us improve on our products and services, so customers can have a better shopping experience in the future.

Medical products 

Not all products are suitable for all medical ailments and, occasionally, their use may interfere with any treatment you are receiving or aggravate a condition. You should check with your GP before using any medical product.
