We hope you will be happy with any item you’ve ordered from us, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, you can find details of our returns policy below. 

Consumer Rights 


You have 14 calendar days from the date you received or collected your order to notify us of items you are not completely happy with. You will then have another 14 days to return the item to us, giving you a total of 28 days from when you initially received the order.    

You are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched.   

Returning goods 


Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following items unless they are damaged or faulty; 

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Booked Clinic

Once a clinic has been booked, we do not offer refund of deposit paid if cancelled less than 48 hours to the appointment day. Any refund outside of this will have to be assessed on an individual basis and we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

Damaged and faulty items 

 

You can claim a refund on faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.   If you believe any of the items you have ordered to be damaged or faulty, please contact our team by completing the enquiry form  or call 01462546238 during our opening hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm or Saturday 10am-4pm) and we will advise you how to return the items. Please note we do not offer returns on any medicines ordered.

 

Where to send returns 

Once our team have been notified, please arrange postage to:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover the costs of returning your items and cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit. Please ensure they are properly secured and packaged.  We would strongly recommend sending all returns via a recorded delivery service. 

 

How long will it take to process my refund? 

We aim to process your refund within 3-5 working days once we have received the returned goods, however it can take up to 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method. 

 

We will refund you the full amount paid for the items returned within 28 days from when you initially received the order as described in the consumer rights section above.  If there is damage to the item as a result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in the value of goods supplied, up to the full purchase amount.   

Please we do not accept returns on medicines for patient safety reasons.
