How to Use

Directions: Swallow 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow 1 additional tablet earlier during the evening.

• Do not use if foil strip is damaged.
• Read the package leaflet before use.

• Do not store above 25°C.
• Store in the original package.

Ingredients

• Active ingredients per film-coated tablet:
• Dry extract from Valerian root (Valerian officinalis L.) (equivalent to 1.5-2.5g of Valerian root)
• Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V 500mg.
• Other ingredients:

Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc, and Silicon dioxide.

Coating: Polyvinyl Alcohol partially hydrolyzed, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol 3350, Talc.
