How to Use

Directions: Swallow 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow 1 additional tablet earlier during the evening.

• Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V 500mg.
• Other ingredients:

Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc, and Silicon dioxide.

Coating: Polyvinyl Alcohol partially hydrolyzed, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol 3350, Talc.
