Application Method

It is advisable to apply Vicks VapoRub at the earliest signs of a cold for optimal results.

Instructions:

For Adults: Apply generously to the chest, throat, and back, ensuring full coverage for maximum efficacy. Allow roomy nightwear to facilitate easy inhalation of vapors.

For Children aged 2 and above: Gently alleviate your child’s cold symptoms with a gentle touch. Apply a light layer to the chest and back. Keep clothing loose for unobstructed inhalation.

This product can be used concurrently with other medications.

Inhalation Method

Instructions for Adults:

If a head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for profound relief, dissolve two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapors for 10 – 15 minutes.

This product can be used alongside other medicines.
