How It Works
Fybogel Fibre Chews are citrus-flavoured chewable tablets that gently relieve constipation and help maintain regularity. These tablets contain the soluble fibre Fibersol-2, which retains water and may help bulk up stools, making them easier to pass.

Directions for Use
Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully.
- Take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 in the evening, totalling 6 tablets per day.
- Chew the tablets or allow them to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.
- After taking the tablets, you can drink water or other drinks, such as fruit juice.
- Do not exceed 6 tablets a day.
- The beneficial effects of the product are connected with regular use.
Hazards and Cautions
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the package.
- Consult your doctor for use during pregnancy and lactation.
- Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more components.
- Consult your doctor prior to using the product, especially if other oral treatments are needed.
- It is recommended to administer the product at least 2 hours away from other treatments.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
- If you are still not feeling better after regular product intake (at least 7 days of treatment), consult your doctor.
- Contains 0.55mg aspartame in each chewable tablet. Aspartame is a source of phenylalanine and may be harmful if you have phenylketonuria (PKU), a rare genetic disorder in which phenylalanine builds up because the body cannot remove it properly.
Potential Side Effects
The product may cause abdominal swelling, flatulence, and, in case of excessive doses, diarrhea. Compliance with the instructions for use reduces the likelihood of occurrence.
How to Store
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.
- Close the container tightly after use.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
- The expiry date refers to the product properly stored, in intact packaging.

Each chewable tablet weighs 2.75g and contains 1g of soluble fibre.
